MLK Day 2020

Today, Jan. 20, 2020 marks the 25th year since Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream has been commemorated into a national holiday. King was a prominent advocate for nonviolence, and a pivotal leader of the civil rights movement. He strived for and encouraged others to work towards a better tomorrow. He challenged people to live up to the ideals of equality and the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
